To provide my conversion service, I temporarily process the audio files you upload. I collect the email address you provide solely to send you the download link for your chaptered M4B file. If you reach out via my contact form, I collect your name, email, and message to respond to you. I may also collect standard, non-personal usage data, like your browser type, to help me improve the tool.

How I Use Your Information

I use your audio files exclusively to transcribe and detect chapters so you can turn long MP3s into navigable audiobooks. I use your email address only to deliver your file or answer your questions. I never use your data for anything other than fulfilling the conversion you requested.

Data Retention

I believe in handling your data with care. I automatically delete your uploaded files and the resulting audiobooks from my servers within 7 days. Because Chapterize Audiobooks requires no account or signup, I do not maintain permanent profiles or keep your data longer than necessary to get the job done.

Information Sharing

I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or audio data to anyone else.
